Really nice reception staff and made us feel welcome and was really nice to us as we stayed there because my daughter had an operation and needed to rest after and they made sure we had everything we needed and one of them even offered to fill her hot water bottle for her stomach. So thank u. The rooms are small but u dont need much when it's just for a rest spot for a few days. Thanks again to the staff and making sure my daughter had everything she needed. Much appreciated.

Although this hotel may at first appear dated it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel provides value for money in a great location. Our stay at the Boundary Hotel was greatly enhanced by Andrew who went above and beyond at every stage to look after us.

First, we have the positives, close to headingley ground. I was welcomed at the reception by a friendly person as I checked in. Providing a fly screen for making tea and coffee in the room. The cushions and the bed were cozy. However, the hotel is still rather worn out, with floor, curtains, bathroom, and decor being completely subpar. But, I had to close the windows around 1011 p. M. Because there was an irritating high pitched alarm going off outside, which I assume is the last one. Im not sure what the price point is in Leeds for a place like this. But who if you're ready to stay, I believe 25 for a single with assurance of the decorator state of the rooms would be reasonable. E. Around 23 what I spent. Bow, I marked it as average for service only because my room wasn't ready I came in around rp, but the receptionist was polite and found another room.

The hotel's location is great in the center, but in the centre, with a good value for the money, and friendly and helpful employees. Although the shower is a bit small, the staff is nice and attentive. There is parking inside the property, but luckily there is a kettle in the room and the bed is very comfy. I was expecting more as a hospitality service employee myself. Will return shortly!.

Visit the boundary inn, and it gets better and better every time. Great location for cricket, friendly staff, and comfy beds. Egyptian cotton linen with 100 thread count. Excellent spa and gym facilities. I love jumping into the plunge pool or sauna in the morning. Room service is always very prompt, no request is too big or too small for them. Don't be fooled and book the boundary.

The lady on reception was so helpful, she must have 5 different roles in the hotel. Receptionist, cleaning, even ironed my clothes for work! The hotel itself dated, I was only there for an overnight stay so not an issue for solo travel. I wouldn’t recommend for a family though. The stairs were very steep going to the top floor. Could be an issue for some. It’s right next to Headingly stadium so check for events in case you get caught in traffic like I did!

Staff helpful. Was staying the night as I had to be up early for a conference at the Village Hotel and couldn’t afford their prices. I was late to the conference as I slept in, so must have been a comfortable bed. Very easily located in the heart of Headingley (just near the Cricket ground) and had parking, so a great all round.

The owner and staff are lovely and made us feel incredibly welcome. Unfortunately the room needs some upgrading and TLC, the sink didn’t work and the carpet was rather grimy. The toilets and showers are in need of repair and cleaning, we had breakfast once but again it wasn’t overly clean so decided to go elsewhere after that. Really friendly and welcoming group of people.

The staff were great and welcoming, and the breakfast was decent and very good value for money. Not the hotels fault but there was loads of noise and commotion until about midnight with paper thin walls, so if you're expecting an easy and early nights sleep perhaps review your expectations!
