The room was very clean and the house was quaint. The staff were great! They were there if we needed them, but gave us our privacy. We enjoyed our stay.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bad ist neu, das Zimmer lag sehr ruhig zum Garten. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas beschränkt. Es gibt verschiedene Frühstücke, die vom sehr netten Besitzer selbst serviert werden. Wer abends nach 20 Uhr ankommt, empfehlen wir das Thai-Restaurant im Zentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We only spent one night here but it was a wonderful place to stay in Holyhead! Everything from the entrance to the room we clean, it was nice and quiet, very easy to get around to food, grocery stores, train, and the ferry. Overall, a great experience.

Lovely clean room. We had room 6. Small but ample. Nice powerful shower too. Up a lot of stairs though , so not easy when lugging a suitcase. Worth bearing in mind if less mobile. Room facilities were great with plenty of plugs , Tea & coffee making facilities , hairdryer. We had breakfast the one morning. Plentiful , hot & very tasty. Ideal location to travel around Anglesey . Friendly helpful hosts. Would recommend.

We had a very nice sized room for the three of us. We had a seaside view, and really appreciated that. The bathroom and shower were a good size as well. No problem with the hot or cold water, and loved the water pressure. Very clean and quiet (other than my 2 kids). The host was incredibly kind and very forgiving when our jet lag set in and we were extremely late for breakfast.

Very convenient for getting the ferry. Nice walk along the promenade close by. Lucky to get parking outside the door. Very helpful in assisting with our dog. Would stay there again

I had the pleasure of staying at The Haven House while in Holyhead. The owners were communicative before my arrival letting me know everything was ready and when I got there, they were incredibly friendly and told me about places to see in town. The room was clean and stocked with fresh towels and sheets. The hotel was quiet and allowed me to get a great nights sleep. I didn’t have the time to stay for breakfast but I saw families downstairs enjoying their hot food and everything looked great. The owners were present and serving food making sure everything was perfect for the guests. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this one ranks up there as one of my favorite experiences. I would recommend to everyone. 10/10

The Haven was clean with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with excellent water pressure. We had a lovely view of the harbor. The area was quiet and felt safe. The host was warm, helpful and welcoming and even helped us with storing our excess luggage. We enjoyed popping over the the pub next door for a nice dinner before having a restful night. Would absolutely recommend!

Great little hotel. Very clean and well taken care of. Right by the ocean, and walkable to the ferry and train terminal and to pubs in downtown Galway. The owner/host, Phil, was very friendly and outgoing. I recommend this place!

Loved our stay here. The location is close enough that you can walk from the train but our hosts also provided a drop off at the ferry for us. Our room is lovely and clean. Everything we needed.
