Room was clean and staff was friendly! Location was perfect - everything was very walkable. Access to the train station, royal mile and anything else we wanted to see was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay — Clean, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located I had a fantastic stay at The Inn Place in Edinburgh. The hotel was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to the rooms, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and well cared for. The location is unbeatable; only about a 3‑minute walk from Waverley Train Station and just 2 minutes from the Royal Mile. It made exploring the city incredibly easy, and being so close to the station was especially convenient for arrival and departure. The staff were extremely friendly, warm, and helpful throughout my stay. Every interaction felt genuine, and they were always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room itself was comfortable, the bed was great, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Overall, it’s a place that combines cleanliness, convenience, and great service in the heart of Edinburgh. I would happily stay here again.

Great central location, brilliantly friendly staff. Still needs to get a few bits sorted - (restaurant and bar licence... though surrounded by them here, would be nice not to have to go elsewhere.) Would definitely recommend.

The room was on 4th and elevator did not reach so to reach had to be stairs. That’s not a problem until I broke my ancle and fell trying to reach my room. 😖
