Lovely central rooms very quiet and right on pier behind seafood shack and across from westherspoons side door. Air conditioning a must as no windows. Parking we thought would be a nightmare but got on street at other side of ferry terminal free parking. Got new towels and toilet roll from cleaner on request no problem

The room as advertised is quite small. I was there for five nights and had quite a few clothes. There were no drawers to put any clothes away only four hangers. It was okay because the bed had plenty of space underneath it for me to put my suitcase and pull it out when I needed different clothes. The decor of the room was very nice, done in red, grey, and black. The lighting options were excellent with switches conveniently located. What was truly fantastic was the accessibility to the train station (300 feet), to the Caledonian McBayne ferry (600 feet) and several restaurants within 200 feet including a very nice one right above the rooms. I was a solo traveler so this was absolutely perfect for me.

Very easy access, my phone didn’t sync, I called the telephone # provided on the door , the assistant that answered was very polite, kind & was very happy to let me in. My room was clean, looked new, bed was comfortable, hot water, everything I needed! I spent another night here on my way back. Same experience, clean, new, comfortable bed & hot water.

Small compact room right across from the train station and on the pier. Although smallish room, well laid out and functional and it didn't feel especially small. Including a work desk. Good sized bathroom with a strong modern shower. Never saw a person. Was just emailed an electronic key code to get in.

Pier rooms offer affordable accommodation in Oban. The room was small but spotless and had everything I needed. There was an issue not getting my email with entry instructions but with a phone call this was quickly resolved. Done the job for a couple of nights. Only staff interaction was on the phone but the people who clean and make up the rooms do a very good job.

Did not have any interaction with staff, but everything worked as guided. A bit more guidance on how to find the place would be useful. The height of the bed was a bit of a challenge. We were in room one and it felt brand new.
