When I stayed at the station pub, I had my moms funeral wake and ordered the ruby buffet, tea, coffee, and orange juice for guests. The manager, Rebecca, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating when we requested certain menu items changes in advance. Everything was ready for us when we arrived on the day, and Rebecca was there to make sure we and our 30 guests had everything we needed. She also graciously left some takeaway boxes so we could take any leftovers home. For an event like this, I suggest the station pub. I think if you were staying at the hotel itself, the pub would also be a really nice location to eat with a nice atmosphere, decor, and staff. Thank you 55.

This is the first time I have stayed here. What is not to love? A good breakfast, a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and good value for money. The only issue is that the other fire is not working. Maybe they are planning a mission to clean the air in the area.

The station hotel is slightly outside the city, but it's very easy to get into the city in less than 20 minutes by train and walk from the hotel. It's what makes this clean, tastefully decorated and well kept accommodation a great option if you visit London. The only downside is the lighting in the bathroom is not very good and could use more lighting.

Overall, a really pleasant stay, and I am confident that Ill return soon. While visiting my daughter, I just remained for three nights. Excellent staff, a decent room, and a classic room. I reserved a classic room, but the bed is quite small, Im not sure if this was given because I was on a single reservation or if all classic rooms feature this size double bed. There is no way wed have been at ease if I hadnt been traveling with my hubby. I believe the last time I stayed, I would have reserved a superior room, and I am confident they have larger mattresses. The fan was welcomed in the room, which was hot, and the window sashes were broken. The shower was spacious and effective, though housekeeping should address the mold there. I suggest a mold spray I apply at home to remove mold and mildew 2. Delicious brownies and a large welcome mat. Espresso machine and pods, but no fridge.
