The staff were extremely accommodating by showing us the room and giving us the key early in the morning as we were going to a festival. The room was large and clean. We stayed on a Saturday night and as this is a city centre hotel there was a lot of noise bug you can't blame the hotel for that. (bring some ear plugs). Overall a good experience and we would use this hotel again

The stay was wonderful! We even extended our stay as we had such a nice time. Simon was an amazing host, and all staff were 10/10. Room was great, price was spectacular. I am not surprised that this hotel is so popular! Will definitely return.
