Check-in was quick and easy. The room, though small, had everything for a one nights stay. The bed was comfortable and the toilet and shower were modern and clean. The lighting in the room was versatile, with a variety of different settings from night and reading lights to full brightness. I did not utilise the TV but it was generously sized and unobtrusive. Limited room for storing and hanging clothes but fit a short stay the room is better utilised for the other amenities. No outside noise from outside and very quiet along the passageways. A very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Excellent service from the very attentive staff in both reception and during breakfast. The standard rooms are somewhat compact, as is to be expected with this style of hotel, offering accommodation at a very competetive price in a prime central London location. Facilities are of good quality and cleanliness is well maintained. A good base for a short break in the capital.

Fint hotel. Meget centralt. Ingen larm fra gaden, men havde heller ikke vindue mod gaden. Meget begrænset udvalg til morgenmad. Havde dog godt glutenfrit brød.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious for a London hotel. My only suggestion would be to add drawers underneath the beds so close could be put away.

Excellent continental breakfast. Looked newly refurbed room. Drain wasn't working in shower resulting in not being able to use for any length of time. Maintnenace staff was arranged by reception quickly to sort out. 👍

Very central clean hotel with excellent front of house staff. Small rooms but perfect for a night or 3 stay.

Overall very great hotel/room, very clean! The only thing is that it was quite small for 2 people, we had to keep our suitcases closed and against the wall or under the bed. The shower door also has a gap at the bottom so the water can leak to the toilet area. Otherwise, the location was amazing, it's between chinatown and national gallery, and very close to the underground tube station. Another huge plus is that you can chromecast your device to the television!

We loved our stay at Z hotel, Leicester. We booked the Club King room for extra bed comfort as we noticed that kings are hard to find in Europe. The bed and pillows were comfy and there was sufficient space in the room for our 2 carry on luggage and backpacks. The room is very modern with AC and the bathroom-shower is updated, roomy and they provide good smelling shampoo & body wash. Enough space to handwash clothes & hang dry. The shades dark out the room nicely (unlike anywhere in Ireland & Scotland) and the windows have an extra noise reduction separate glass window that you can open to get the fresh air in. We really enjoyed that part. The location is fabulous! We walked to London Tower Bridge, other side of Thames and all the way to Abbey Road studios (not same day). Hotel is close to all the famous attractions including Big Ben and Buckingham palace. Don’t forget to go see the horse guards changeout 10-4p (15 min walk). The staff were helpful and friendly. One of the Best parts is since we purchased the Club access, we enjoyed the INCLUDED food and drinks (including alcohol) at the cafe downstairs (all hours I think). Wine and cheese at happy hour were a daily treat. The chicken avocado sandwhich was also very yummy. The Only downside I have to mention, was the lift (elevator) being broken for 5 or our 7 days. We were on the 3rd floor, so not too bad. We definitely got our steps in walking around town exploring. A definite YES on recommending this hotel!!
