We had the best time at The Westlands and hope we can come back soon. The hotel location is excellent. There tons of things to do within a 3 to 5 minute walk. You even have the entrance to a trail right across the street, if you want to run or ride a bike. The staff is lovely and very helpful. Rooms have been beautifully renovated recently and are quite spacious.

Excellent accommodation at Westlands. Very clean and most comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfasts were good, but we did find that the tables in the dining room were too close together, affecting easy, and safe , movement between, and any private conversation at the table. This is a minor criticism: we would certainly recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

Original building has distinctive highland character and grandeur of days gone by. New wing incorporating bedrooms has been very well done and rooms comfortably appointed. Little touches such as biscuits for guests in their room and a safe to keep belongings perhaps although presume property is four start bed and breakfast rated and not hotel. Buffet breakfast lacking haggis and tatties scones. Staff are friendly enough though could be more welcoming perhaps. Location is central and ample guest parking. Pitlochry is well placed for exploring the Perthshire Highlands or venture further north all with stunning countryside.

Stayed for one night, reception welcome was excellent, friendly staff team throughout our stay, breakfast staff excellent service, only to note tables were so close together it’s a maze to get to the buffet, could do with more spacing between tables, breakfast food choice and quality is very good, room was wonderful, very clean and decorated to a high standard, amenities very good, would be a nice addition to add biscuits to the tea/coffee tray in the room, overall a lovely place to stay and will return again.

Room was clean and spacious with plenty hanging space and drawers. Large TV in the room and a hairdryer, kettle and tea and coffee and milk. Breakfast was good and good choice with either a cooked or continental and also cereals. Tea and coffee available. Althought no bar you could order drinks from reception to have in the lounge.
