Overall, it was a fantastic experience! The bellman who assisted us in checking out and holding our bags was amazing and very kind. The rooms were clean and wellstocked. There was plenty of space for our kids and we will definitely be back to take advantage of the many stay packages they offer.

This was our first time staying at 21 C hotel and we had a great experience. The location was perfect, valet parking was easy, and the staff were kind and helpful with recommendations on what to do nearby. We had sushi at lure fishbar - delicious and convenient. Most importantly, we enjoyed all of the art throughout the hotel as well as knowing that when we stay again, it will be id never be the same again.

This accommodation is in primo, a prime location. There are many wonderful things nearby. The art was all interesting and well chosen. Although there arent many television options, the tv isn't really there for televison. It was reasonably priced for the weeknight. For parking, use the Spothero app to pay half the price in the same garage as the valet. Everything nearby is technology enabled, so bring your smart phone and wallet.

I was here for the first time about two weeks ago for nathalie lomas wedding bridal fashion show and this place was very accommodating. I didnt know it, but they actually had free valet parking for photographers. The space is very unique and spacious.

I really enjoyed the setup for their local artist gallery. What a great place to show off work by chinese people! Their new gallery manager is enthusiastic and very engaging. If you can, attend an opening here!.

The review was late, but everything went well! We stayed here for our anniversary in January. Jose was fantastic! He remembered my name and called me by name every time he saw me. Very approachable and helpful. 5 stars. We will stay here again. Thank you once more.

The room was perfect! The bathroom was as clean as it could be! Pillows are fluffy and feel like clouds. The bedroom had an interesting smell of perfume. Too much for me. Preferred laundry or fresh cent. Apart from that, there are many restaurants and magnificent mile is within walking distance! One thing is parking nearby is very expensive. I would recommend parking in a parking lot, cheaper.

The rooms were lovely and looked luxurious. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel, which is in the city center. All of them were friendly and accommodating. For a weekend hotel stay, the prices appeared to be quite average. The only thing that bothers me is parking. Each garage costs $60 per night, and the valet is $75! Please plan your stay so that you wont be shocked when you arrive by including parking into your accommodation. Or, purchase ido with spothero to pay for egress tickets. I literally spent $30 on parking because it saved me $30.

This place is truly stunning! From the front desk staff to Jose, everyone at the reception was incredibly kind and accommodating. The rooms are slightly small for wheelchair access in the bathroom, but we didnt request it. However, the room was ideal for those using wheelchairs. It boasts beautiful fixtures throughout the space!.

We arrived at the hotel well in advance, and frank took care of us. He gave us a good location room and allowed us to check in early. The room was warm and tidy. They had enough towels and the shower was spotless. There is nespresso coffee maker, which has incredibly good selection.

My good friend and i stayed at 21 c museum hotel. The front desk staff were very personable and nice. Very comfortable and spacious room. Checking in and out of the hotel is a bit difficult especially on weekends, there are 17 floors but only 2 elevators in the whole building. I would recommend asking for top floor, elevator size is also very small. It took almost an hour and 15 minutes to check out and 30 minutes waiting for an elevator and 40 minutes for our car.

The room was spotless and in a great location for walking to fantastic restaurants and shops. Then, the room is spotlessly clean. After, this place is perfect for reserving i will come back. Subsequently, joshua and francisco were excellent! Very kind, welcoming, and friendly.

I stayed at the James and hoped for the same experience. It wasnt it was beyond expectations. Every employee was very friendly and helpful. We loved the idea of having a museum in our hotel too. There are so many really unique pieces and every time we walk through we see something new. One of your employees was just starting his first week on site and did an excellent job representing 21 c hotels. Thank you Jose for giving us hugs, door service, and directions to our destinations. He really made our stay from wonderful to exceptional! My daughter and im definitely coming back!.

I adore these hotels. Chicago is no exception. The rooms are immaculate. There is excellent artwork. It was a little strange to see the same images at each hotel, but it is essentially idolce. With incredibly talented mixologists, the lobby bar is fantastic.

The pillows are unquestionably the best ive ever slept on! Additionally, the front desk employee, ben, was incredibly kind and accommodating! I was upgraded to a corner suite and was set up with the appropriate app so i could get discount parking right down the street. To be honest, despite the small portions sizes, bartender at lure was an A%!.

We will definitely return and have already recommended it to three other people! I made the lastminute decision to stay on the day before christmas eve, and we have no regrets at all! Beautiful boutique hotel. The lobby was lovely, the staff was attentive, checkin was simple. We would have tried the restaurant for breakfast, but the hours were unclear, as well as the path in which it was blocked. Thank you for the excellent service!.

Teman baik saya dan saya tinggal di 21 c Museum Hotel. Staf di meja depan sangat ramah dan membantu. Kamarnya sangat nyaman tapi luas. Masuk dan keluar hotel agak sulit, terutama akhir pekan, 17 lantai tetapi hanya 2 lift di seluruh gedung. Saya sarankan meminta lantai atas, juga sangat kecil, proses check-out memakan waktu hampir satu jam dan 15 menit dan 30 menit menunggu mobil kami. Periksa sesegera mungkin.

The 21 C staff was friendly at checkin. The room and floor were very quiet i loved the bathroom which always matters most and the lighting in the room. A mattress topper would be a great addition. I would stay again but make sure to use the urban fee as it applies daily regardless.

It was a very affordable option and conveniently located in the city. My two sons came to visit me and were unfamiliar with the area, but the hotel was in ideally placed so they could simply go outside and explore. I loved the restaurant, however i was somewhat disappointed that he couldnt bring booze back to my room. However, the motel was excellent. The shower head fell off and wet the entire bathroom, which was an issue for me, yet the maintenance crew was prompt in fixing it and making repairs, and the housekeeper made sure we had fresh towels because ive had to use most of them to soak up the water from the shower. Nice room - super spacious & great location!.
