I honestly didn’t even sleep at this place because I stayed out in Winchester but it but the staff were super friendly and the room was incredibly nice for $63. However I did lay on the bed for 30 which was super comfy.

I was very surprised. stayed many years ago before ANS I think and wasn't great. I was truly impressed. good price. large clean quiet room. as a benefit, it had 2 stovetops and utensils. don't know if I was lucky or normal. staff was very friendly. yes, cats meet you at the door if not hiding under the carpet. close by to food. no breakfast but its okay. I WILL BE BACK.

I travel for work.This place is like a little apartment. You have a nice bathroom, kitchenette and cozy, warm room with a desk. The staff is great. Beth was very flexible with check ins and out. That is why I book a room everytime i work.

The place is quiet, everyone who stayed there was respectful and kind, and oh, lets not forget, I once made a wrong turn and went up into the neighborhood, where an elderly couple were standing chatting just off the curb of their driveway, as I turned the corner, the greeted me with a tremendous smile, a warm wave. Made me feel as if I'd know them 57 years though they were just there in passing. It's a little remote but I'd recommend this place to the peace seekers. Decent internet speed and good television reception. Comfortable bedding, Fridge, twin electric cooktop etc.

The property is easy to miss because there is one entry lane, and the property is set back out of easy sight from the road. The setback does provide for a quieter environment. The toilet seat has a lid, so items can be placed on it, helpful in the absence of hooks.

The room/bathroom requires more cleaning. Location was good and small kitchen setup in the room helps too. Outdoor grill option was also a good option.

Felt unsafe with area, was made to pay a second time on arrival even after stating already paid through the site (took several weeks to get issued a refund for second payment), there was minor things with the room which I could overlook, but mostly felt unsafe when had to sign a waiver that if police were called to room you have to pay a fee? That was just one strange fee compared to other ones…would NOT recommend staying here.

When checking in, they did not have my reservations. Clerk said that it would take 30 minutes to get a room ready. She told me she'd call me when the room was ready. An hour later there was no phone call from the clerk. I went back to hotel. Room was ready but the clerk never called to tell me. TV had no remote and didn't work. Bathroom had no sink. Had to use kitchenette sink to shave. Property had lots of cigarette butts everywhere.

They had me down as single bed, my reservation stated 2 queen beds...had to wait an extra 45 minutes to check in so they could clean a room...TV remote didn't work, beds are hard...it's more of apartment building then a hotel.. lots of ppl live there...

Everything needs to replace. I asked for queen with no smoking but I got double beds with reek of odor and stale smoking. After sleep there overnight our clothes smelled like stale smoking . Dropped my glasses so I bend over to pick it up ,I got glimpses under bed . It was full of dust and several empty cup and bottles sit under bed. Only good thing is that tv is sort of new and functioning well.

They didn't let us stay because I was only 20, so they left us stranded at 12:30 pm. Not great customer service.
