Anthony's on the Beach is a great location. Just a few minutes and you are right on the beach, which is great. The beach was not very busy even on the 4th of July weekend. The room had been updated but the beds were a little too firm for my liking. There was a musty smell but it did go away after a while. The shower was great! Loved the big rain shower head! The little patio was nice to sit on at night to hear the waves. Would I stay here again. Yes I do believe I would!

Second visit. We appreciate how clean and welcoming Anthony's is. We also appreciate the upgrades like counter tops, televisions. Our unit had a portable ac this visit which we did appreciate them ensuring there was working ac. We love the old Florida vibe of this quaint motel. One very small thing they forgot hand soap. Still a wonderful time, we will be back.

Love this place. It looks so unpretentious from the street but the rooms are really nice. The beds are microfiber. The air unit is a mini split and the showers looked like they were recently renovated. The mini fridge actually had a freezer section that actually could freeze something. It is hard to beat the beach access. It is right outside the door and they have plenty of leisure seating and even beach equipment you can borrow. The staff is friendly but mostly it is self help. We will be coming back.

Great oceanfront hotel. Very cool vibe, staff was super friendly and allowed us to park and enjoy beach while waiting for check in time, the staff was best and check in was super quick, the location can’t be beat, close to everything and ocean front. Plenty of onsite parking, totally recommend,

This is an older motel that’s been remodeled, so the room was fresh and clean. It is literally on the beach. The bathroom was small but functional.

Contactless stay. We rented 3 rooms. Very easy to manage. Owners responded quickly to messages. Proximity and view of the beach are phenomenal. Rooms are nicely updated. Very clean! Stocked kitchens. Bring your own food and do all your own cooking if you like. Nights were quiet and peaceful. Beautiful patio area. Outdoor furniture and fixtures in need of some repairs but overall served its purpose wonderfully. Outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. Nearby to wonderful local dining and shopping. This area of Cocoa Beach was nothing but perfect for us! No crowds. Would 100% return!

We were looking for beach access with a great king size bed and we got soo much more! The staff was always available to help, if not in the office through text. The room was great size and the bed very comfortable. If you are traveling to Cocoa Beach and want a great option with great prices Anthony’s on the beach is the way to go! We’ll be going every year now moving forward.

Our second stay here. A repeat customer from a few years ago - fondly remembered it and specifically sought it out for our stay. Beach right off side porch, has an upper and lower deck, can use their lawn chairs on the beach. Please be cautious with the water though (especially with kids) as the constant rollers makes for a strong undertow. The aquatic themed bedspread a nice touch. Ice, microwave, good sized fridge. Nice spot. Try the New China takeout a couple of minues north for a tastey supper. Hope to come again sometime. Thank you guys.

The room was small but nice. The bed very comfortable. The shower was great. The view was awesome. It's right on the beach. Heard the ocean in the room. The beach was clean and practically private. Has wooden swings on the beach. I'm going back again next month.

The lady that took care of us on the property her name is Sasha we'll manner lady , willing to go out and beyond to her the guess. This is our 4th time at the property beachside property can't beat it. The sliding door to the restroom needs adjustment is hard to open and close room 110. Everything else cool.

It was a different experience but a wonderful one. It is a small privately run Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at how updated and clean the rooms were. The outside area is in the middle of being remodeled but it was very convenient to walk down to the beach. We had a full kitchen in the room so once we checked in, we never left. We will definitely be back!

Loved staying here although there listing are confusing as for Water view or Beach View. Basically its on the beach and you have to walk to the beach to walk out of your room to have that view. The deck is great to watch the beach from. Would stay again.
