Astonishing for the price point. Not the Four Seasons, but clean and, well maintained, with super-friendly staff. I definitely felt like I got more than I paid for.

The staff was exceptional. We had an issue with our room being right above the bar. They moved us right away.

Friday was awesome. She was welcoming and informative and we appreciated her help with where to go in the city. ANZ was clean, quiet and a great place to stay for the price while we were visiting.

Appreciated the clerk who checked us in and was wonderful. Appreciated the fact that the bar was open and still serving food after 10 pm. Great location for our visit to Steamtown NHS the next morning. Would recommend and stay again.

Excellent service from the staff; the facilities look a bit dated, but everything is clean and tidy.

The staff was very friendly and professional. It was always easy to find a parking spot, even when there was a large event in the hotel’s ballroom.
