Had a great time. The elevator was a little slow but nothing worth lowering the rating to a 4. The staff were very friendly and helpful when parking to take our stuff to our rooms. Also the parking lot is across the street a few lots down. I didn’t mind though

Please is fine dont let the reviews scare you. My room was clean didn't pay a resort fee they said thats a sometimes thing what ever that means. Hotel smelled fine until our last day but thats not hotels fault someone just made the entire 1st floor stink. I got exactly what I wanted right on the water ocrean front view with balcony for cheap. One elevator so beware at checkout.

I have to admit I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews. I was so pleasantly relieved that my room was wonderful. Was it dated? Somewhat yes. Do I care if a few scratches were on the furniture? NO ! Do I care about microwave or having a fridge? Do I care about clean floors, clean bathroom, clean linen with comfortable mattress ?Of course I DO and Aqua Vista DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Was the stairwell a bit sandy and dirty? Who gives a rip! It’s the beach. Where I spend my leisure time outside of the sands and where I shower and lay my head matters and that was excellent. The mattress was just as nice as when I stayed at beautiful resort in Cabo. The staff very nice and helpful. Ice machine always had ice, everything clean even if dated. Floors kept clean in hallways, entry( where it MATTERED).THANKYOU for very nice stay, beautiful views and just a pleasant environment. Ms C

When I pictured a nice hotel room with a balcony and a ocean view, Aqua Vista was just the hotel I had in mind. Great room, great staff and one heckuva view 😎

The view from the 5th floor was amazing! We got some beautiful sunrise camera shots from our porch! Only complaint from me is the sink was a little messed up but besides that it was a good stay. The pool was great to! We had fun! Will return!

The property was well maintained, pool was nice, and beach front which is always a plus! Staff was friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The only negative was the lack of towels, everything else was great!

Super nice staff! They let my husband park his motorcycle onsite and gave us a 1st floor room since we had two dogs with us! We also got to check in and hour early! The hotel location is excellent. The beach is clean and right outside. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.
