We enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room were clean. The bed had a dial that could make the mattress a little softer, which was very nice. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub which was clean and in good working order. The staff was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed having a continental breakfast. My only recommendation would be for the hotel to hire a breakfast attendant. The front desk clerk had to float back and forth during breakfast time to help keep the breakfast moving (change trays, refill milk, extras, empty trash, etc.). Would definitely return.

The front staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and the room temperature was perfect and the amenities were exactly what we needed. The breakfast was very good as well. I would definitely stay here again and I look forward to it

This is an excellent hotel at a very reasonable prize, very friendly and helpful staffs there. I don’t know if the owner is the author Mark Twain’s descendant, there are photos of him on the wall along the hallway. Good breakfast and snacks are available. The only thing is, there’s no USB charger port in the room. You have to bring your charger yourself.

Room and staff were AMAZING. The room was lovely and spotless, the staff were always super friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. I get the impression that they are currently transitioning management so things like the pool and hotel restaurant were not open. The breakfast was okay. Basic continental muffins, waffle maker, yogurt, and some sausages, hash browns, and eggs. Not much to write home about. Husband who has food allergies struggled to eat much of what they provided but he did say the coffee was good. All in all, I'd happily stay here again.

All staff we encountered during our two night stay were all very friendly and able to answer any questions we had. Breakfast was good, we appreciated that it wasn’t only bagels and waffles but also eggs and some type of meat. Our room was clean. The only downside was our bathroom had a smell to it upon arrival but nothing that affected our stay.

Room was ok and clean. Breakfast was ok as well. Typical hotel breakfast. Hilton labels were covered up with paper as if the name change had not been completed. The swimming pool was empty. Hotel seemed a little eerie.

The pool that was there was closed. The jacuzzi tub in our room was broken. The body wash was empty and the toilet didn't flush very good.

During my stay they never cleaned or serviced my room. Trash can was overflowing, bathroom never cleaned, bed never freshened. The do not disturb sign was never used so that is not the reason. Simply poor service. Want ice, you have to go to the front desk and ask for it. For the price this was totally unacceptable. Cannot recommend this hotel

Hotel appena riaperto sotto nuovo nome, era un Garden Inn. Mi ha spiegato il tipo che stanno ancora organizzando il tutto, quindi do 3 stelle di incoraggiamento. L'aspetto più deludente è stata la colazione, carente sotto tutti gli aspetti.
