"Please review the following important information prior to your stay: Rooms designed for two adults can accommodate a maximum of two guests. For room types that allow additional occupants, a fee of USD 15 plus tax per extra person will apply. Guests planning to arrive after 22:00 must notify the property in advance with their estimated time of arrival. This can be included in the Comments Box at the time of booking or by contacting the property directly using the information provided in the booking confirmation. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property, along with free wired internet access in guest rooms. A Tesla charging station is available for an additional fee; please contact the property for further details. Please note that prepaid cards and gift cards are not accepted as forms of payment. In accordance with California water conservation guidelines, guests staying fewer than three nights are required to reuse towels and linens. Housekeeping service will be provided every three days. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A refundable damage deposit of USD 250 will be authorized on your credit card at check-in. The amount will be released after check-out, subject to a property inspection."
