Pets are not allowed with respect to people with allergies. Everything was lovely. In between events it seems pretty empty. We stayed 4 nights and saw only 6 others. We had the most peaceful and relaxing time.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and the room was very spacious. Great pool And hot tub. There were only 2 other couples so we had the place to ourselves. Would come back.

Easy check in . Michael was great. Property is awesome. We pretty much had the whole facility to ourselves. Great surprise they clean your room daily. We will definitely be back again.

My husband and I loved the Bahia Bay Resort. Our first night we wre lucky enough to be the only people staying and had the pool and beach area to ourselves. The outdoor gardens and inside atrium were beautiful, the room was super clean and comfortable, and the property was in proximity to everything. We will definitely be back!

The property was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The lagoon with the two docks were our favorite. We spent most of our time in the lagoon and pool. Our only complaint is the lack of lounge chairs and garbage cans. Still a five stat review

The Bahia Bay Resort is a hidden gem. And I do mean hidden - it's right off South-bound Overseas Highway, but if you didn't have the address, you'd never know it was there. Checking was easy, and Micheal is friendly and responsive, and had some tips for dining, etc. Once you are on the property, it is a delight. The rooms are spacious and airy, recently updated. The bed is comfy, each unit has full control of AC without using a window unit, etc. Rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge, and there is a small icemaker for the building. However, where the property really shines is outdoors. There is a full-size adult pool (quite deep at the deep end), a kiddie pool, and a heated spa. It appears to be a salt-water system, so no strong chlorine smell when you're done. Steps from the pool is the Florida Bay. You can wade out from a coral rock path onto a sandy bottom that is between two small piers, each with chairs and lights, and one with a gas-powered fire-pit. These are amazing spots for viewing the sunset! Highly recommend!

It's a lovely resort, with beautiful pool, gardens, hot water spa, and huge, well-appointed rooms. The place is VERY hard to find: they could use a sign that you can see from the street. The staffer was nice enough but I should say, when an older lady arrives with several pieces of luggage, it would be nice to offer some help.
