Great place to stay! Our room was so cute, clean, and affordable. Having an entire kitchen was great too. The area is calm and quiet and best of all it’s about a minute walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend.

Loved our time here! We booked the apartment unit (includes a kitchen). The lobby/halls are beautiful. Our unit was a bit run down (the microwave was a bit janky, floors are old/scratched up) but was very clean! The location is perfect: only a block away from the beach, 2 blocks away from restaurants and shops. So for the price, it’s an absolute deal. We didn’t get an email with door access codes 24 hours before check in. But I messaged the property manager prior to boarding our flight to MIA and had the email with the access code by the time we landed. There isn’t daily in unit housekeeping but someone is on site every morning. The property is very well kept and clean. We had plenty of towels/sheets for 2 people so we only ended up asking for a few additional trash bags. Parking in Miami Beach is generally a nightmare. The Baltic has 2 parking spots for guests, first come first serve. Otherwise you need to find on street parking north of Harding Ave. For our 7 night stay in February, we only had to find street parking twice. We truly loved our stay at the Baltic Hotel. Good location! It’s just one block from seaside, easy to see sunrise, easy to enjoy the sands at beach. Property is clean. Only unluckily thing is there are only 3 parking spots at the back of building and it’s not easy to find available spaces on the side of the street for free. By the way, we lived in Nr 7, hope we can have a chair in the room.

The staff stayed in quick and efficient contact with me via WhatsApp. Check in directions were thorough and easy to understand. Some of the doors have multi-numbered buttons which was a little confusing but my neighbors showed me how to use the buttons for more than one number. Smoking area was on the upper deck with chairs & tables. Beach is across the street and many restaurants and convenience stores located a short walk down Collins Ave. Mini fridge and microwave worked great, hot water and AC plenty of towels for 1-2 people. Nice and quiet area. It’s a short ride 10-15 minutes to South Beach by car. I would stay again.

The Host was magnificent, and so was the maid. The room was very clean, the area was very nice, just a few steps from the beach Great access point to the rest of the city. Only thing is, that you can not set your own room temp, so it got a little stuffy at night, but other than that, I would recommend these units to all my friends.

The unit was old and smelly and not in great condition, also not as clean. It was noisy from street windows. No refill for shampoo and towels for 4 nights stay for us, no reception. Overall satisfied but could be a lot better.

This property absolutely should not have the ability to conduct business for lodging. The place is absolutely disgusting and very under kept. The building and all its furniture are run down and outdated. The rooms are what you would expect at a motel. No headboard, terrible mattress, noisy spring base and musty smell. The bathroom despicable. I was in disbelief to discover the blatant deceit because the images used for marketing made place look reasonable and doable. But there was no way I would’ve stayed in that mess. The property had no staff and felt very unsafe. I tried to contact management to discuss my issues but they offered no kind of help to make us feel valued as a customer and when i told them that we weren’t comfortable and wanted a refund it was a hard no. I ended up booking a way better hotel with several amenities for cheaper. I was scammed. Save yourselves the trouble and never stay at this property.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. The bathroom shower didn’t work properly. The toilet needed repair as well. They do not believe in air conditioning because it remained 80 degrees plus the entire time. The bed was not comfortable at all. They purchase the cheapest toiletries possible. I’d bring your own soaps. Heavily do not recommend. They claim that there is parking included but it’s actually just three spots that the 12 guests get to compete over.
