Everything from the time we checked in and was greeted by not only the desk clerk but also by the Manager, Doug, it was a great couple days. Loved it.

Our third time staying at the Berlin Grande! It has all the bells and whistles. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice large rooms, beautiful outdoor seating with flowers and beautifully groomed lawns. Seating under shelter and a large clean indoor pool and hot tub! No need to look any further for a place to stay while in the Berlin Ohio area!

The hotel is a great place to stay in Amish country. The rooms are large and clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the outdoor space is a nice place to relax. Also, the hotel is located in a central area to various restaurants, shops, and wineries.

We absolutely loved these accommodations. The room was very clean, the staff went above and beyond, the breakfast was great and we enjoyed our time on the balcony and sitting around the fire. I had a very specific question for the staff, I was looking for something very specific and Gwyn was so helpful! She found a brochure for recommendations and then even printed me a list with details on what I was looking for. The breakfast was great too, and as someone with a gluten allergy and other dietary restrictions, that’s not normally the experience I have. The fires and cornhole were a nice touch as well. The only complaint we had was that the hot tub and pool were tiny. Realistically it’s a 2-3 person hot tub because it’s build strangely and the pool had two children and an adult in it and was pretty much unable to us because of that when we tried. But honestly, everything else more than made up for it. Pretty much everything was within walking distance as well. We walked to dinner and multiple shops. We could have walked to coffee and more shops, but it was hot. Also, there’s a pet store where you’re invited to pet everything which was cool! We didn’t purchase anything because I don’t believe in Mills, but the experience was cool!

Great location to explore from. Easy walking distance to downtown shops and had a great time finding all the thrift stores in the area too.

Beautiful place!! One of the best we’ve ever stayed at and not even very expensive. Our room had new floors so it smelled fresh and clean. Will definitely stay again
