The staff was very friendly, the food in the restaurant was fresh and very good. The room was clean, offered nice linens and the view waa incredible. Being an older hotel, you could here noises and doors slamming outside the room. It offers a nostalgic feel. We will definitely be back .

It was a great experience overall. However I wish they would clean the rooms as in vacuum the floors. Especially being on the beach. Other than that. No complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was well maintained, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and we look forward to returning in the future.

I checked in while it was raining and had no TV. They finally moved me to another room and TV worked fine. The second room had recently been remodeled and much nicer than the first. They don't have enough parking so many have to park in an unlit, poorly paved lot across the street. It rained a lot and this was terrible! We had soaked shoes running through a river to get to the hotel.

Property was as advertised right on the beach! Our room was great! Was a 1st floor with a balcony & great view. Everyone was very friendly & helpful! Never waited long for the elevator. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay. It's right on the beach which is soo helpful when traveling with children. The indoor pool was the icing on the cake. The hotel staff were all soo helpful. Each and everyone we encountered was soo helpful and kind. Thanks for making our stay an excellent one. The food at the restaurant was also soo yummy. Allen even went out of his way to help me with some printing issues. Thanks so much. You guys rock.

The tv apps needed to be connected so you could watch movies on Netflix or tubi. Other than that I would stay again

Best Western on the Beach was the best choice for us due to literally being right on the beach and walking distance to a lot stores and restaurants and I can’t walk too far due to a health condition, but it was in the perfect location and the staff was super friendly and helpful! We will be back for sure!

Everything was perfect. Just a minor issue, it may be time to update ice buckets. The ice melted immediately. But other than that, the staff was so nice and beds were Comfy! Great experience overall!
