Overall would recommend and would stay again. We came for a graduation at Gonzaga and looked at hotels close to the school and most were easily double the price so we stayed in Cheney. Loved the building check-in is a breeze loved it. Very clean. If I could suggest anything it would be a vanity or something for the bedrooms we all had to crowd the bathroom sink to do makeup because the rooms didn't have any place to do that. If you are looking for a super clean easy affordable place to stay in a small cute town look no further.

The property was extremely clean. They provided a generous amount of bath towels, soap bars and shampoo. The kitchen was fully equipped with clean silverwares and dishwares. The staff was reachable and quick in response. They were very helpful and gave clear and accurate information. Now let's get to the drawbacks of the property. We couldn't turn on any of the air conditioners in the whole unit. Plus, during the night, we couldn't sleep because of the constant loud noise of a nearby train. So if you're a light sleeper, this property is definitely not for you.

The room was clean, well stocked, and the decor and style was vintage, charming college style. I loved the environment, ease of checking in/out and helpful staff. The only bummer was the dog barking outside our window ALL night.

Great property, clean, specious, comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Only 2 negative issues: no luggage rack and heat was off due to building switch over from heat to cooling. Would have been fine if not for unseasonable cold temperatures. Stayed here once before and would stay again.

Great place to stay, but I wish I’d known the “kitchenette” wasn’t set up to prepare food at all, as I would have brought what I needed from home. There was a full-sized fridge and microwave, as well as dishes and utensils as advertised, but only the coffee mugs were microwave safe (the rest of the dishes were plastic - not the kind that even claims to be microwave safe), and there weren’t any cooking implements. No larger bowls or spoons, not even a can opener. Otherwise, the place was excellent - very clean and functional, great location with easy walking access to many restaurants and the EWU campus. I also wish I’d been given more than a couple hours notice that it was a contactless check in - it all worked very smoothly, but I was already traveling by the time they sent an email explaining the system, so I wandered the building for a while trying to find someone before finally getting into my email to look for a phone number to call, which is when I found the (very clear) instructions.

We loved the ease of this place. Easy check in. Very clean. Great beds and lots of space. I would definitely bring ear plugs for the train noise and your next door neighbors. I love how they are repurposing this building for short stays.

Room is great and clean. Needs coffee mugs, coffeemaker. Climate control doesn't seem to work. This was our 2nd time staying there and have to keep the windows open. Then its really loud from the train and late night college students.
