This motel does an excellent job of providing affordable, clean and comfortable rooms with everything as advertised. I was a little nervous about staying here on reading some of the reviews but there appeared to be few other options when I booked. I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed, it was conveniently located for places to eat and the front desk was friendly and helpful.

El servicio al cliente. Muy bueno pero las instalaciones en demasiado abandono baños tuve q lavarlo tenian moho el toilet, la bañera llena de moho y llena de telas de arrañas, moho sucio totalmente el baño yo lo tuve q lavar por completo mis hijos les encontre BED BUG en su cuello en la cama debajo de las camas llena de basura no recomiendo este lugar para quedarse lo unico bueno fue q la persona q nos atendio fue amable y q las instalaciones afuera de los cuartos estaban limpias y era muy calladas pero de lo demas NO.

This was an older hotel in need of updates. There was obviously some “rough” looking people living in units downstairs. Loud music was heard at 3:30am.

It was a economic motel. Nice cold air conditioning. The manager is very friendly, and helpful. But it is not very cleaned. Carper not vacuumed, not dusted, microwave dirty, stains on sheets and mattress.

The room was very basic, but clean and neat. It was much less expensive (around $100) compared to the other motels in the area. It was good for an overnight stay while touring Niagara Falls.

It is very disappointing of staying there. They say breakfast but nothing is there except coffee. there is no cleanness in the room. I would never stayed there if known the condition

Very very very minimal and basic. No fridge. No microwave. Bathroom door doesnt close. Extra mattress extremely dirty and had stains.

Es war mir klar, dass ich hier nicht ein Top Hotel gebucht habe. Tür und Fenster waren undicht das sich im fortgeschrittenen Herbst ziemlich frisch geäussert hat, ich habe dann auf Nachfage einen Heizstrahler bekommen - die Heizung war abedreht! Die Fliessen im Badezimmer haben sich abgelöst - habe einfach ein Handtuch draufgelegt. Zimmer aufräumen, Papierkorb ausleeren, Badezimmer putzen? Selber machen! War nur 4 Nächte da - nächstes mal buche ich das Holiday Inn und nehme dann den Morning-Comute in Kauf! Sorry!

I know the name of the place is "Budget" Motel, so but for two nights (incl of the additional guest charge for 3 adults, 2 kids) it was not value for money. The place badly needs a coat of paint, updated air conditioning and the bathroom of our room looked like it was put together by someone learning plumbing. I booked late and so had no option, but if you have any choice, avoid! The AC wasn't strong enough to I had to ask for a fan in addition. Manager was friendly and cooperative enough, but this place badly needs a dose of fresh investment. On the plus side, it is only 6 miles from Niagara, and close to 190, so could be a good base.

This place was ok for a one night stay for those who can put up with a less than clean place. A bit overpriced for what you get. I've paid the same amount for a much cleaner Room with continental breakfast with other inns. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were all hard and my husband and I prefer soft pillows. Room came with free wifi and that was great. The bathroom was gross. There were dead insects smashed on the wall and mold on the tub tiles. No blowdrier in bathroom, no iron in room-- not something we needed for the night but definitely something we get for the same price with other models. If you're on the road and need a place just to crash for the night then this place is fine. Definitely wouldn't want to spend two nights or more here.
