Our stay was magical!! We were able to check in a little early and we were allowed to leave our car before check in so we could enjoy walking around and sight seeing. The location was perfect, it's close enough to walk to most of St Augustine's attractions, shops and restaurants. It's also just far enough from the busy st George Street so it's quiet and peaceful at night but still very very close and easy to walk to. The staff were amazing and accommodating. Lisa, the manager was absolutely wonderful and made sure our stay with them was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, a plus was we were able to eat it out on the patio. They have wine and non-alcoholic drinks available which was nice and the most delicious cookies!!! The room was immaculate and full of old world charm with the benefit of modern comforts. Even the toiletries were great! The staff was very knowledgeable on the surrounding area and has great recommendations for your visit. The only thing we were unhappy with is we couldn't stay longer. We will be visiting again for sure!!

Enjoyed our four night stay. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. The availability of soft drinks and bottled water any time was a very helpful and nice touch. We did not avail ourselves to the freshly baked cookies in the afternoons but they looked delicious. There were other nice touches provided by the inn that we thoughtful. We stayed in the Amethyst room which was beautifully decorated and furnished. Bathroom was very roomy, well decorated and appointed with high quality materials. Bed was very comfortable with quality linens. We checked in after 4:30 pm so we were helped with checking in and keys over the phone as the staff leaves around 4 pm. This worked out great with the exception that we did not avail ourselves to check in orientation. Our room received a light refresh upon request half way through our stay. We wished we had understood room servicing and cleaning so we could have had our expectations in line with the service. We blame ourselves for not meeting with a staff member the next morning after check in for a full orientation. We appreciated the property’s convenient location with relation to all of the activities and restaurants. Free parking was a plus and we had no problem finding a spot to park and found the spaces roomy and easy to access. We would recommend the property to others looking to conveniently and comfortably experience St Augustine.

Loved it had bedrooms on the first floor with there own full bathrooms Delicious cookies in the afternoon, tea, coffee soda and water available... A bonus was creme sherry in the bedroom! Nice touch! Bed was comfortable, enjoyable

This is a wonderful B&B. It has an excellent location in the heart of old Saint Augustine. The breakfast were great. The room was well appointed. As a bonus, there was wine available in the dining room. We enjoyed going to the front porch and drinking wine.

Amazing bed and breakfast right in the heart of St. Augustine. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on St. George Street. Lisa, the property manager met us on site and got us settled in. Each morning we were there the breakfast was so delicious! The Inn, while historic was obviously well kept and loved. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the historic St. Augustine area.

Overall, the place was perfect. The staff was amazing and their attitude was "I want to do whatever I can to make your stay perfect." Parking at the place was easy and when we arrived early, they allowed us to park and start enjoying the area. The charm of the place was awesome. Without hesitation, I would stay here again.

Excellent location in Historic downtown. The staff was attentive and room was well appointed. Was allowed to park at location before check-in, which enabled us to start our day of exploring. The sit-down breakfast was nothing short of amazing! I would recommend this Inn to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice stay. Breakfast was cooked and had a nice variety. They ask if you have any allergies when you arrive. Complimentary wine and water and tea was a wonderful perk 24/7. Even umbrellas At the door for rain days. Staff was super nice and room was well appointed, comfortable and authentic. Soaps are still individual (thank you!) and even has bath robes. Literally, had no issues with this B&B and was very impressed with everything. Very well run and sooo much better than a chain hotel in my opinion. Just great.

Our stay at the Carriage Way Bed & Breakfast Inn was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. The inn is charming, intimate, and filled with thoughtful details that make your stay comfortable and memorable. A special thank you to Lisa, the manager, who was incredibly warm, accommodating, and attentive. She truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel cared for. One of the things we loved most was feeling like we had stepped back in time. This beautiful historic home is full of character and history. Because it is a protected historic property, some features reflect its age, and many repairs require city approval to preserve its authenticity. We appreciated Lisa taking the time to explain this and helping guests understand the importance of preserving such a special piece of St. Augustine’s history. The homemade breakfasts were absolutely delicious and not to be missed! They were the perfect way to start each day. Another huge plus was the parking. Once we parked our car, we never needed it again. The location is perfect for exploring historic St. Augustine on foot. We enjoyed walking hand in hand through the beautiful streets, visiting shops and restaurants, exploring the fort, and taking in all the charm the city has to offer. If you’re looking for a unique experience filled with history, hospitality, delicious breakfasts, convenient parking, charm, and an unbeatable location, Carriage way Inn is it. We highly recommend this place!!!

This property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. I love the little touches they offer like wine with vintage glasses in your room. If you are into historical homes you will love the atmosphere here. It is also within walking distance of the historic center. The staff was very friendly and made sure I knew about the complimentary wine, soda and cookies after I arrived. I will definitely stay again!
