Pet friendly and grass area for our dog. A gazibo covered area with chairs to relax in. Contact less check in. Staff via the phone very friendly and helpful. Was able to check in early with no extra charge. Had our room done and accessible as soon as possible. We will stay again.

Room was very comfortable. Check in was seamless. I appreciated checking in online. Room was ready for us early and I received a key code to access the Room via text. Bathroom is large with thick, soft bath towels. Tub is large enough for two to soak and relax. Bed and pillows are very comfortable and we both slept very good. You want to be able to relax and sleep good we both highly recommend staying here.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Cascade Motel. It is very conveniently situated in the town of Oakridge and along the highway near some good outdoor spots. The king bed room was large, the bathroom was clean and stocked, and I felt comfortable with my stay all-around.

Perfect spot for our three day fishing adventure up to Odell Lake. Manager helped us with parking our truck and boat by giving us a couple options to park on the property. Was snug but nice to keep boat in eyesight of our room. Room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the extra room that the family suite afforded us. Missed my sound machine and should have brought it to drown out the little noise we heard at times but was manageable. Thanks for the accommodations.

It was an amazing experience for my daughter and granddaughters, we had a fun few days and loved that it is pet friendly! Kristy is exceptionally kind and professional I would only recommend cascade motel for anyone coming to Oakridge to stay that needs it! The beds are comfy also!

Room was very clean. I wish the lighting was brighter and the mirror in the bathroom could be better for shorter people. Or maybe get a more rectangular mirror that would work for short and tall folks.

Room was clean and spacious. Had no direct contact with staff. Made an advanced reservation so the key was left in a lock box at the front door which I found convenient. No on site check in to deal with. There was someone on site and a phone number for any problems or needs. Bed was decent. Shower head in room no. 1 was low. Only about 5 ft. High. So we both had to duck to wash our hair. Price was good. The room was in good condition so would stay there again.

I fully intended up giving this place a perfect rating. It is a cute little old motel that is well maintained and clean. Unfortunately when we pulled out the pull-out couch, the bedding was disgusting and there was someones sleep mask in it. Other than that issue, it was a good stay.

Very quaint, clean room. Good location to walk for dining. I brought a pizza back to the room after calling it in. Bathroom exhaust fan/light had bearing failing so it was loud. Issue with hot H20 for morning shower. As in none. Would stay again if hot H20 is addressed.
