A check-out cleaning fee which varies in price according to the size of the accommodation is charged for all stays. The property will collect the following fees during check-in as a cleaning fee and damage protection fee: $40 plus tax for hotel rooms and studios, $50 plus tax for 1-bedroom units, $100 plus tax for 2-bedroom units, and $45 plus tax for 3rd party accounts that can only charge one fee amount. This fee includes both check-out cleaning service and complimentary Accidental Damage Protection in lieu of a refundable damage deposit. The Accidental Damage Protection covers unintentional damage to the rental unit interior occurring during your stay up to USD 1,500, provided any damage is disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damage exceeding USD 1,500 and any damage considered intentional will be charged back to the credit card on file.

There is an additional fee for valet parking per day that is paid directly to the hotel.
The daily amenity fee of USD 53.08 now includes local and toll-free calls, chilled water in the lobby, use of beach towels and sand chairs, daily in-room coffee packets, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and an in-room safe.
