The location is strategic. The hotel service is excellent. The cleanliness of the room is also good. There are few facilities in the bathroom, but in the bathroom there is a bit of a small size, so it is not suitable for people.

I would stay here again without a doubt. A friend and I needed somewhere to spend the night after a concert and found this great deal. We were upgraded from the double bunk beds to a queen bed at no extra cost. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole time and explained everything for us. The shared bathrooms were very clean. There was a bit of outside noise, but nothing too disruptive. The staff also let us store our bags there while we explored the city after check out at no extra charge.

My companion and I stayed here for a few days at the beginning of April. From the images we thought it would be small but cosy, then given the price, location, and how nice the rooms looked in management photos, we thought it was a good deal. But when we arrived at our room, we were very disappointed, it was literally just a double bed pushed against the wall and a railing to hang clothes. For some reason there was a fridge too big for the size of the room, which we thought strange. Professional images are clearly taken to make the rooms appear larger than they are. Don't be fooled! There were two shower rooms and two toilets on the floor. One toilet is as small as a cupboard, meaning that everyone on the floor would use the other toilet which is more spacious. Hygienically it was not very pleasant. On the topic of hygiene, our bedroom was not cleaned throughout our stay, the bedding never changed, and sporadically the bin was emptied. We had to go ask for fresh towels. There is a large vertical pipe in the corner of the room wrapped in rope. Hot water is flowing through this pipe, giving off plenty of heat. We had no control over the temperature, and due to the small size of the room it was boiling at night. We had to sleep with the window open! I went down to the lady at the reception who

I recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a little money. This place has a very good location. The room is tiny but very tidy and the beds are comfortable. They also have air conditioning and wifi. The personnel was nice and helpful. Also, the room was so comfy. They also provide AC and wifi. The rooms are very nice.

I really don't mind city rooms. Some of the other reviews have stated that the room was small or had a lot of outside noise but I have to say I didn't experience either. The room was spacious enough for luggage, a queen bed, a sink, a fridge, and a safe with enough space to move around. Towels are provided, shared bathrooms are kept super clean and the staff cannot be more helpful. Really recommend this place as a great place to stay in New York without breaking the bank. Be aware that the rooms are accessible only through a stairwell, so they are not suitable for people with mobility issues.
