Everything about this hotel is unique. It has a friendly and welcoming staff and atmosphere. I love how there are multiple seating areas with many book options to relax look around or just sit and have a drink at the bar or on the rooftop. The upscale and classy elevators, hallways and rooms are also welcoming and colorful. This hotel is my #1 go to when I am in Boston. However, I need to sign up for reward points tho. Anybody know how I can do this? Thanks in advance 😊

My daughter and I did a girls trip for her 21st birthday/college graduation. The location was perfect. Close to the North Station, but honestly we walked to most places. Our plane arrived at 8:30 in the morning and we couldn’t check into our hotel until 2:00, the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage so we could go explore until check in and again when we checked out so we didn’t have to drag our luggage around until our flight home. The rooms are small but very cute and the view was amazing. We were in the 10th floor and I believe we paid a little extra for that, but it was worth it. The little bar and outside patio was nice to relax when we came back to the room for the night. We will definitely stay here again.

Went for a night to spend the day in the North End. Rooms are small but that was expected in their photos and we weren't planning to spend our time in there. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Decorations are modern. A lot of cool tech to manage your room settings. Cool lounge area and balcony on the 4th floor. Would come back again!

Overall a very pleasant experience. If I had one complaint it would be the need for two seats in the room. The little bench seat is useless. Also complementary coffee would go a long way. Since it's not in the room. Otherwise very pleased.

This is the third citizenm hotel we’ve stayed at this year and it was luckily exactly like the others. It’s in a fantastic part of town, close to the wharf, the train station, a beautiful park, restaurants and shops. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and accommodating. They always share great tips about the city. Breakfast and the gym were good, as usual. And our room was on a high floor with a view and incredibly quiet. The rooms are small but well thought out.

Second time in Boston and both times at the citizenM. I love the common areas, the breakfast, and the concept. The best part is that it's next to the TD Garden, which was very convenient for getting to the concert.

We were in the area for a concert and it was very convenient because it was right next to the TD garden! Everything was great! The staff was friendly and attentive , breakfast which is not included, but it's not that expensive, food was fantastic! I just love the general style of the hotel. Our room was unique and I loved it! An amazing view from our bedroom. Definitely will be back when we to go to another concert!

Rooms are extremely tiny, but very convenient for the TD Garden events! Not many amenities - gym is tiny, no parking, no coffee in the room or anything. Just convenience to events nearby and North Station. View from the room was beautiful.
