The stay was great. The room was air conditioned and nice. The fridge in my room was not working but the staff was extremely prompt in resolving this issue - within a few minutes of my informing them, they sent a maintenance person who very quickly replaced the fridge. Note that this was well after 9 pm, so I am very impressed with their customer service. I would highly recommend their place.

Great location for the things we visited (City Foundry, Grant's Farm, Zoo, Cardinals game). Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were updated. Breakfast was excellent - Tom makes the BEST omelettes.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was top-notch. The pullout couch in our room was broken, but the staff was so helpful that I have a hard time giving less than five stars. We would stay here anytime.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially Desire who was engaging, kind and took the time to help me with all my questions. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of hot and cold foods. Parking was easy to get in/out and free as long as you validated your ticket at the front desk. Rooms were clean and looked newly remodeled. We plan to stay there again this fall.

Room was very spacious, shower was awesome, everything was nice and clean. Pool was open and looked nice, did not have the breakfast although it smelled good. Great dining options were within walking distance, neighborhood felt very safe. Young lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful with questions. We would stay here again (and probably will soon)

I absolutely loved my stay at Clayton Plaza Hotel! It was beautiful inside and out. All the staff were very friendly and hospitable plus the breakfast was delicious. Not often do you get a buffet style breakfast with your stay at hotels!! Whenever I come back to St Louis this will be where I’d stay every time.
