I absolutely loved staying at this hotel and truly felt like we got our money's worth. The location was perfect everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, so we didn't even need to rent a car. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops were only about a 1-18 minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel amenities were excellent, the property was clean and well maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breathtaking river view. I honestly couldn't get enough of it. It was absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening feel special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We had an amazing experience, and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Very good location easy to access to almost all touring spots, but a kind of noisy in the mid night as it is too popular!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Chicago and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the river. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Jack made our stay truly memorable by upgrading our room to one with an extraordinary view of the city and the river. The staff, especially Jack, were incredibly helpful, supportive, and friendly throughout our stay. Thank you, Jack, for your outstanding hospitality and for making our visit so special. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.
