Upkeep is good: everything feels bright and new. Breakfast is better than normal: they provide hard boiled eggs and real “fried egg pancakes”, unlike other places where scrambled eggs are processed egg like “things” with plenty of starch. Sausages and meat paddies were good as well. Staff was helpful. Only complaint: the bathtub drain was half clogged. Other than that, all was very satisfactory.

From the front desk staff , the housekeeper s, and the person that sets up breakfast, they are all very customer service oriented , always smiling, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable my last two stays here. When you walk into the lobby , everything smells fresh and clean. My room was immaculate . Clean and fresh not a speck of dust . Close to restaurants and shopping.

Easy check in, super friendly staff from reception ( hey Shirley! ) to maintenance, and the ladies at the breakfast. Lots of common areas to sit and relax including a cute patio. We didn't use the pool, but it looked super inviting. Breakfast was good and the attendant working was great and quick to restock items. Highly recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Breakfast was very well done. The staff doing breakfast was very nice and knew peoples names which was very nice to hear. The room was clean. My coffee pot didnt work and they changed it out but that one didnt work either. They were helpful but after the 2nd coffee pot it was not worth the headache. It was a safe location and convenient for where I was going.

The room was very clean, the lobby and walkways well lit. They even had a night lamp in the bathroom that we used for the main room that we stayed in. I checked in around midnight with my family and the staff was superb, friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfy. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. We will most likely stay here again the next time we are in Akron.
