A California tourism fee of USD 0.20 per room per night will be assessed.
A valid government issued ID with a chip enabled credit or debit card is required for check-in in addition to 100.00 USD Deposit. If credit card is found with insufficient funds, reservation is subject to cancellation. No cash deposit or prepaid cards.
Green Room Program: As part of our sustainability efforts, housekeeping services are provided every 3rd day following two consecutive days without service. Additional housekeeping services can be requested by using the door hanger in your room.
No Pets Policy: Comfort Suites does not allow pets. Only ADA-certified service animals are permitted. A $250 fee will apply for violations of this policy. All service animals must be disclosed and registered during check-in.
Optional Safe Usage: I understand that a safe is available for my convenience with a limited warranty fee of $2 per night. This charge will appear on my bill and may be removed upon request at or after check-out.
Our outdoor unheated pool is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Responsibility Agreement: I accept responsibility for any damages or missing items in my room or on the hotel property. I agree to waive any legal action against the hotel for such matters.
Smoke-Free Policy: Comfort Suites is proud to provide a 100% smoke-free environment, including cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, and incense. A $250 cleaning and air filtration fee will apply if this policy is violated. An additional $300 fee will be charged if the room is left in an unacceptable condition due to excessive trash or damage.
