Room was very clean and had new mattresses and bedding. Very friendly staff. There is a wonderful park adjacent to the hotel with ponds and fountains, it was a lovely setting. Walk to restaurants and shops.

Old motel but obviously kept up. Room was very clean. Had a great window AC. The gentleman at the desk was top notch! Only thing missing was a chair, but I can deal with that! Walkable to SPAC in 30 minutes should you want. Five minutes drive. Walkable to many restaurants, shops in the downtown! Free parking as well.

What a gem! Great location, great staff, and a great room. I have plans to return. If you want something fancy (room service, spa, bar/lounge), you need to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a reasonable rate and a clean, quiet environment with a super friendly staff and a chill vibe, then this is the place for you. Highly recommended.
