The room is extremely old and grimy. Carpet is dusty and soiled. Rooms are loud, which is normal for a two-star hotel. Stains on the walls, mirror, refrigerator, and sink could have easily been cleaned by housekeeping, but not. We thought it was disgusting. The bath faucet is leaking. The evening receptionist is a very pleasant attentive woman. The morning receptionist lacks service. Surprisingly, a nice clean bed is the only thing good.

Please fix the door. Apart from cleanliness, the most basic requirement is safety. What more can I say? To feel safe, I must fix the door. To feel more secure, I placed my luggage on the door. The room was tidy, but the door security was unacceptable.
