My most recent stay at doubletree by Hilton was a fantastic experience. The hotels location is not only convenient but also easily accessible, surrounded by numerous branded shops and large shopping malls. It was clean, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Our stay was made even more convenient by the availability of dozens of indian and pakistan food options nearby. Highly recommended for ensuring utmost comfort and ease during your stay in crowded areas.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was great, the cleaning was good and the rest of the staff were friendly. My only complaint was the mattress. Not only was it hard as a rock, but the bed on one side had slender indentions so much that they almost rolled off the beds when lying on it. It hurts so badly the next day and even more after the second night. Hopefully they will replace those mattresses soon.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. Couldnt easily connect to the tv in the room (no air play). There was no cleaning between days without special request. Overall, the stay was fine. Quiet enough to sleep in a room right next to elevators.

I stayed on the high floors for the Hilton grand vacation club. The club at this location has just been updated. Owners privileges are just discounts on existing amenities. Roof noise from some electrical motorcycling is coming out of the top floor every eight minutes. We did report the noise but didnt anticipate much could be done with a roof motor issue. If you choose the right room, the views are breathtaking. Although the room was clean, it had an odd design that made the bedroom closet squandered space.

I wont return here. The location is excellent, and the staff was all friendly. There were two days for work and two nights for family. We had a large window and shady view from 1113. It was helpful that we used the luggage storage in the lobby to check in, check out, or move rooms on the day we had to move. In both rooms, there was also considerable black mold on both the ceiling and some on tile. On the second day, they cleaned the roof and only took i merely scanned it. Although it was much better, it still stinks. I have severe allergies for mushrooms and mold. Since we showered in 11 1313, the water began to build up so badly on our ceiling that it dripped on us for thirty minutes. These were not long showers, but they werent treated properly. When we asked for them to be placed on top of them, he never responded. After submitting ten minutes of sleep on his first night, we did receive body wash the following night after requesting it, however, no shampoo was provided until the third day. They did give me $50 off of my total bill of roughly $1200, although ive never heard of the pet stench or stain in room 1116. I would definitely stay here again. We are staying in the hgv portion of the hotel. The rooms really impressed me. Two studios and one bedroom were reserved. All of them are a good size, and the furniture is contemporary and stylish. Everyone at the motel has been friendly and accommodating.

Its well worth it! The hotel service is excellent, the room is very good, and the location is also excellent. In the midst of the action, it is peaceful and conveniently located near Michigan Avenue and worlds largest Starbucks coffee shop.

The rooms were spotless and lovely, and checkin was quite simple! The front desk staff was really helpful, aquanette was always kind and understanding, she assisted us with a reservation change, etc. It made the trip even better.

The room is not large, but the location is great. You can walk to eat, drink, play and shop nearby. Overall, im very satisfied. The only thing is that the heater in the room was too noisy and i wouldnt turn it on if ive had the chance.

The room was clean and wellappointed. The bed was comfortable, but my only real complaint was the stiffness of the mattress and the too soft pillows. All aspects of hotel were clean, easy access, and inviting. Will stay here again. Excellent customer service.
