You can tell that the hotel is being fully renovated and looks excellent. The rooms were immaculately clean and smelled 'new'. The bed was super comfortable. The private balcony was great to watch the sunrise/sunset. Plenty of walking and chairs throughout, a tennis court, and a pool. Having pet friendly rooms with multiple pet relief stations was great. Front desk- Ms. Helen was such a gem! The continental breakfast was a nice bonus. Its was 10 mins from the center of P-Town which was great. Will definitely stay here on future visits in the area.

This is the first time my husband and myself stayed here. The grounds were beautiful, Helen was so nice and helpful. We got to our room and it was spotless, and the view of PTown was stunning. We also saw a a beautiful sunset from our deck. The breakfast was more than we expected. The staff was friendly. I can't say enough. We'll be back!
