Rooms are not in good condition, couches were ripped off, tile and paper wall as well and carpets were stained dirty and they don’t have the pool in service

The first room we were put in had a broken air conditioner. It was set at 86 degrees and could not be turned down. Went down and the woman at the front desk apologized and they moved me to another room which was better. When I got back to my room the second night my room keys had been deactivated. Went down to find out why and was not even given an apology for the inconvenience, he just rekeyed the cards and handed them to me. I was not even asked for my name the keys were just re-made. This could be a major security concern as anyone could have walked down, said they were in my room and gotten key.
