The nice hotel, close to everywhere. The hotel's friendliness is excellent. The rooms are stylish and tidy with thin walls and they can't hear everything from the street, but that didn't bother us too much. I will also recommend this hotel to anyone.

Second visit. First positive, great location, just a block from the main street with restaurants and interesting shops. First time, I stayed there. First time, the room was good, staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel like we were guests in the home. Last time, it wasn't the same. Wifi was so bad in our room and downstairs, we couldn't download email and forget video. No help from staff other than that her mobile device worked well and reported it to them. We were in a town room, very noisy street noise. We were woken up late at night and then again in the early morning as the garbage trucks passed by. Our windows were closed, blinds were drawn, it sounded like they were all open. We won't be returning. Good wifi is like clean sheets, the minimum we should expect. Two stars are one owing to the location and desire to support small businesses.

You won't be disappointed, you'll be dissatisfied! The inn is a lovely place that is conveniently situated in the old town and nearby, yet it isn't noisy. The three members of the team who worked there, Ryan, Kate, and Lauren, were instrumental in making our family's visit there exceptional. My mother visited for three weeks, and the staff was incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and kind, making us feel like we were staying with pals. We had the opportunity to remain in five different rooms over the month, and there are cozy areas to relax outside and inside if you want to unwind with one of the many books in the inn, cookies that they bake fresh the day, and a cup of coffee. I would suggest this little inn to anyone looking for historic boutique accommodations and desire a location in the heart of the old town.

This trip was made very comfortable by its great location in Sao Paulo near the Mission and the city center. The employees were helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, and everything in the apartment was working well. In the lounge, there are comfy places to relax in the evening. We thoroughly liked our taste room, which had a great sense of charm and a fascinating whole.

First of all, this is a fantastic location right off the shore in the heart of downtown. The rooms are thin, the faucet in our bathroom was so close to the edge that I was unable to touch it. The toilet paper holder was crooked, loose and was just about to fall off the wall. The staff communicated very well. Despite the off-site parking lot being very noisy, please use the street sweeper for an hour and more from before 4 am. Having a few minor issues, I need to pay attention to these problems. The place was really good. Located just off the marsh in the city center. The food is nice and very tidy. The staffs were really helpful and friendly. We think we'll come back here again
