This was the second time we stayed at the Green Tree Phoenix West. It has security which was one of our important features. The hotel is quiet and well kept. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Janet greeted us at the check in desk. She was professional, friendly, helpful and made us feel welcomed. It was a quick overnight stay so we were not able to have breakfast. Our room was , quiet and comfortable . When we need to stay in the area we will always be staying at this hotel.

Room was clean, check in/out was easy and staff was pleasant. Surrounding neighborhood isn't the best, but i felt safe on property. This is the nicest hotel in the area and for a reasonable price. Breakfast was a little disappointing as there was no protein. Only cereal and waffles, no eggs or anything.
