Really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was always kind and helpful. The hotel was in a convenient location for exploring Nashville, and everything felt easy and hassle-free. Great value for the money—I would happily stay here again.

-Close to the hospital I had to go to. -They didn't charge for parking because I was having surgery -When our first room did not have working ac, they gave us another one.

I was very surprised with how clean this place was and the free breakfast every morning. It was a real surprise. I will absolutely be going back. Probably the nicest place you can stay on Broadway for the price. Will absolutely be going back

It was super easy and the sweet old man behind the desk made the entire vacation for me. It was such a wonderful experience I’m looking into working for your company.

The room was very clean. It was Ada room The tile for floor was very slippery and dangerous. There was also very large gap underneath the doors of the connecting room and the door out into the hallway

Excellent staff. Harold was amazing. He was so helpful. He was a staple of the front desk. Then Shayna was so helpful with out check out and assistance with navigating our changing flights and giving us tips. Harold’s recommendations were spot on as well. Please give them a huge thank you from us.

The staff member at check in was extremely kind and knowledgeable!! The only thing is the tub seemed to be stained with black dye which was a little gross feeling but overall clean

We had room 320 and i used this just as a place for two mid twenty’s girls to get ready for partying on broadway and to sleep at the end of the night. Here are the pros and cons: PROS 1. Comes with makeup wipes (good ones too), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of towels 2. SUPER comfy beds and very clean at that 3. Room was clean in general with a large full body mirror 4. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING AT THE HOTEL 5. Harold at the front desk was very kind and wished a safe night of partying every night CONS 1. Toilet made a squeezing sound when flushed 2. Bathroom had no ventilation so the room was humid after day 2 due to the showers and it was obvious the room had humidity issues due to the bathroom wallpaper coming off 3. The shower curtain didn’t close properly 4. Parking for 3 nights was $150 because it’s not included. Overall we loved the room and everything I stated were so minor that we didn’t care. We will be coming back here on our next trip to Nashville.
