Our room was clean. The staff was great, and breakfast was good. The woman taking care of the breakfast did a great job, even though she was working alone during the busy weekend. Parking was convenient; there was an entrance door for guests near every parking spot.

I have stayed at many different hotels and resorts over the last 30 years. This Hampton Inn and Suites in Durham was by far one of the best if not the best. The staff were very nice and answered all of our questions. The coffee was always on and hot! The breakfast was very nice and accommodated all of our dietary needs. The location is great as well. Thank you all for making our stay very nice, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Great friendly staff. Breakfast was good just wish you had a tiny fridge for the milk and yogurt as the ice was melting and did not keep it very cold. But again breakfast was really good. Rooms were nice

The staff that checked us in and out were great. When we arrived the lady that checked us in I didn’t get her name but she was very helpful. She provided us directions to the DPAC center and other information that we needed. Super courteous and wonderful personality.

Quick Check-in. We were also given a free water and can of soda! The room was clean and quiet. Room temperature was configurable to your liking. Shower was hot. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap was included in the room. Breakfast was good. Eggs, Sausage, potatoes. You can also make your own waffles. They even had a churro mix. Plenty of toppings. Coffee, Tea, Orange/Apple Juice, milk. Cereal options. Hardboiled eggs, yogurt, and a few cookies. Overall pretty solid.
