This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The first wasn't the best but not terrible. The manager did reach out to me though and did a great job on making it right. So I decided to stay again almost 2 yrs later. I am very glad we did. We already knew the location was perfect for what we had planned but the front desk people this time were great, breakfast was pretty solid for a hotel ( little omelets had cheddar cheese instead of American cheese. That made me happy) . It was clean and the pool was nice with plenty of towels stocked.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Besides one overnight employee, every staff member was great! However, I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the following: - Both treadmills were Out Of Order - The hot tub was Out Of Order - The shower could've been a bit cleaner

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved that the pool was open until 11:30 but hot tub was broken and we were hoping to use that. Free breakfast was great with lots of options! Room was clean but some areas in the hallways had a bad odor. Would stay again!

My stay was great the front staff was always there to answer my questions. They switch my room because the latch was broken. The only thing I didn't like was my room was switch to the first floor right next to the door at the back of the building. I specifically choose this hotel because I feel safe every time I stay. Traveling i need to feel that security for my sanity. There was one night I seen somone walking away from the building but when I called the front desk he looked around the building and updated me, which gave me some security and reassurance. Second incident, is when there was tornado warnings the front desk (same man) reassure me about the situation, that gave me some security again. I thank you for your patience with me and reassurance that gave me security. So, yes my stay was great even after all the hiccups.

Stayed 4 nights and room was cleaned and public areas were clean. Breakfast every morning was staffed with quality food and always attentive staff to clean up area and supply more food. Excellent place to stay in northern Kentucky.

Very close to shopping centers and the interstate. Our room was very spacious with a lot of amenities, including refrigerator, microwave, and full-size shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. The breakfast was incredible with waffles and fresh bacon and eggs.
