Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and they explained the resort to us. The rooms were very clean and we had our miniature Daschund with us and she loved the balcony the most. We had 2 oceanfront rooms. I think we used just about all the amenities and even got chairs and umbrellas from the Beach Boss who was AWESOME. I think he really liked Pebbles, our dog. We enjoyed the bar, pools, hot tub, how walkable it is to other things like restaurants and shops and the drugstore is across the street for anything you might have forgotten to pack. The room was comfortable and we appreciated the Keurig in the room. I was glad I had packed my coffee because they charged for coffee downstairs. They also need longer coffee stirrers for the cups that are provided for purchase. I purchased once. That's all I needed, ha! Overall, I give it 5 stars. Parking was close and easy, the pet exercise area was huge and poo bags are provided, amenities are awesome, the pier is steps away, friendly and accommodating staff and a great time had by all in our group. I'd book again for sure! Oh, and besides being very dog friendly, it's very family friendly and I noticed the children really enjoying the big saltwater fish tanks in the lobby.

The hotel sites directly on the beach. I especially enjoyed the rental beach chairs and umbrella. They set them up wherever you would like. They are high quality and protect from the sun. The staff were friendly, professional and addressed any questions I had in a timely manner. Love coming annually to the hotel.
