The property is well maintained and located close to the monorail for easy access to other casinos up and down the strip. The pool is also nice and not over crowded. They also do not play the loud music that you hear at other near-by pools so this is much more relaxing for those that aren't at the pool just to party.

Our experience at Horseshoe was wonderful from check-in until the moment we left our room. The front desk staff during check-in were friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff deserve special recognition. They did an outstanding job and clearly took pride in their work. If anyone deserves tips and recognition, it’s the housekeeping team for the excellent condition of our room. Unfortunately, our experience changed when it was time to check out. The self-service checkout machine was not working, and when we had questions, the employees were not available to help. We had to wait in line just to get assistance, and the staff we encountered seemed uninterested in helping. It felt like the focus was on making guests feel welcome upon arrival, but not on providing the same level of service when they were leaving. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return, but I hope management addresses the checkout process and ensures guests receive the same level of customer service at departure as they do at check-in.

Esteve tudo muito bom, paguei uma taxa extra e fiz um up de quarto, Tudo excelente…EXCETO O COLCHÃO, dormi duas noites, acordava com dor nas costas…. as outras 7 noites dormi no sofá, não comuniquei o pessoal, primeiro pelo inglês meu meio defasado… quarto exemplar 139 metros, banheira, frigo bar, micro-ondas etc. Colchão muito gostoso… mas talvez esteja na hora de trocar Mesmo assim valeu a pena
