I absolutely LOVE The Hotel Bentley. I have stayed there numerous times over the last several years. While it may not be pristinely clean and it does show signs of wear and tear, this does not take away from the fact that it is simply a stunning hotel and should be far more celebrated than it seems to be in the city of Alexandria. It is full of mystique and charm, and the lobby is just breath-taking. I have had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant (over multiple visits), and I have only been disappointed ONE time. But the server made it right and brought me a new order made how I had originally asked. I think the place needs management that has a vision that can truly turn this hotel into a southern destination. It is magnificent. Highly recommend! Just know that the carpet in the common areas and corridors is worn and needs a deep clean, and it is not a sparkling type of property from that perspective. (The rooms thankfully are always very clean including the carpet.)

The hotel is beautiful. We love historic hotels and this one is historic, but also has the modern conveniences! The room was very clean and the price was extremely reasonable. The only thing we didn't like was having to park on the street and drag our heavy luggage up the steps.

Such a beautiful hotel! So many things to do there, it's in a great location and has tons of history. Super clean, accomodating, and very friendly staff. Definitely would recommend and stay again if given the chance 🙂

Parking is horrible but the property is vintage on a good side. There is no microwave in the regular rooms and that’s a bummer but there is a small fridge the room is dated but you can tell there is great up keep.

It is a nice old hotel. It does not have all the bells and whistles that a new chain hotel has. But the charm of the Bentley is well worth it. I can’t wait to return
