It's an older property that is maintained well, and was clean. What I really loved is that it was quiet and peaceful, even with Thomas Road nearby. The pool area was plentiful for us, the breakfast was wonderful, and my wife is somewhat picky. Breakfast time got busy, but that wonderful lady kept up, and everyone had their fill. It's quiet, peaceful, I didn't have to cook, and there's running trails and a nice sunning area. What more can you ask for in March?5.0/524 Feb 2020

It was a really quick trip but the hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Only thing was my room was next to the street and it was very noisy with cars and people walking by.4.0/525 Feb 2020

Very peaceful and quiet even though the parking lot was full. Staff was friendly and helpful, grounds were well kept and relaxing. It appears the property in in the middle of being upgraded, so some things were not in as good of shape as they should have been. While it did not take away from the overall experience, I am sure once all the upgrades/repairs are done it will be even better. Location was great, just outside Scottsdale and close to shopping, dining and more.4.0/521 Feb 2020

Clean, comfortable hotel near the Camelback corridor and downtown Phoenix. Only issue I had was the noise coming from families in the pool at night( especially the dads). Breakfast was adequate and coffee was good3.0/527 Mar 2020

It was reasonable but overall low quality. There was a used bandaid sticking on the wall by the window. He toilet seat and bathtub were marked and chipped and out dated. The "heated" pool was not heated. I was looking in the room for a list of nearby restaurants, shops, things do, ect. When i asked the front desk if they had a list he looked at me and said google.
Over all i was comfortable, staff was very nice, breakfast was decent. But i wouldnt return based off of the nightly rate and quality. 3.0/55 Mar 2020

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Room was clean. My room faced Thomas and between the road noise and how badly the hallway echoed from people yelling it was impossible to sleep.3.0/517 Feb 2020

Our romantic staycation was filled with love, romance, horrible customer service was abruptly ended by retaliation for expectating to be treated like guests not criminals.
The 2nd night we were at the hotel, i ahad plans to meet a friend while she was going to stay behind and relax. We said good bye in the lobby with the night clerk had just reflashed our door keys. I left and she went to the corner store. Upon return she was told that she needed return to the office and show id or leave.when i got back, she told me that my fiance had been kicked out the hotel that afternoon. Also inaccurate. I know because she was by my side the entire day in our room.
The next day she went to an appointment in the am and i slept in or should i say overslept. I was crudely woken by an extremely rude housekeeper trying to push open the latched door. I informed her that we were staying over but had to wait for my fiance. I was told they would be calling the police despite our continued reservation
In the move, her purse ( a $150 Coach purse) was left behind. When she inquired about it with the desk she was treated as if she was crazy and told they didnt have it. And then, scolded by the manager for accusing his staff of taking it. 4 hours later, they "found" her purse.
The next day, Valentines Day, we were ready to rebook the room and were told that we cant rebook the room because she was on a do not rent list. Funny, weve stayed here 2 dozen times before with no issue. Never again.2.0/526 Mar 2020

Never got to stay. Paid for a king room with a tub was given a filthy room with food everywhere and sheets on the floor. Given second room same except a double bed. Front desk guy had the nerve to say that’s what we have!! Then the manager tried to argue that we were offered a second room. Yes we were. Filthy room never again. 1.0/519 Mar 2020

This hotel is very rundown, and not well maintained. 1.0/52 Mar 2020

It began with the hotel charging the wrong card for my stay which was corrected right away. When we got that straightened out, I went to my room. First, the floor in our room was covered in glitter. The room and bathroom had glitter everywhere. The room had a slight smell of urine. The restroom was tidy, but the toilet appeared to be off its foundation because it was tilting heavily over to the right. When I looked inside the shower I saw what appeared to be blood on the fixture. Also, on the sink I found a keycard with some tape on it. It had some holes punched in it and painters tape on it. Curiously I tried to use it and found out it opened every door in the hotel. I successfully opened all 4 of our families doors in the hotel. BTW, another person in our group found a man sleeping in the bed of their room when they got to their room. Informed the manager of the room and keycard. He said it was the housekeepers key and promised to clean the room while we went to dinner. Returned to the room and it had not been cleaned. I informed the staff we would be leaving and they reversed the charges for the night. Even more frustrating was that every staff member said they were new and training, so the only person that could help was the one manager on duty. The hotel was overbooked that night so getting service was a wait. In the parking lot we found a very friendly woman drinking beer by herself, and a car with a couple guys doing drugs. Horrible hotel. 1.0/517 Feb 2020

The rooms are NOT what they show on the internet. The bed spreads have major stains. The sheets have yellow stains in places. Walking around on the floor in our socks for 15 mins turned our socks black. Door on the hotel room when locked had a ½ inch gap permanently. When asked for towels at 10pm at the front desk to take a shower the Assistant Manager said he would bring them up soon. Assistant Manager NEVER showed up and we called down at 11:30pm and NEW employee brought them up. Assistant Manager went home. Refrigerator was dirty with mold in the freezer and refrigerator part was broken on the inside and was loud when working. We unplugged the refrigerator. The outside walkways on the second floor were sticky we told the Assistant Manager he said he would take care of it but never did. When it rained it flooded the walkways downstairs from the back-parking lot to the stairs to the 2nd floors. Housekeeping the next day cleaned up all the sticky floors when we showed them and they said the guy working the night before that called himself an Assistant Manager wasn’t an Assistant Manager. Breakfast workers were all wonderful and helpful.Popular Facilities
