To access the building you get a door code and to enter your room you also get a door code. There is no elevator so when you walk in you go straight up a set of stairs. Our room was good it had a mini fridge in it, electric kettle, king bed, twin bed, small desk, sink, and a sitting chair. The room was slightly outdated but nothing terrible. The bed was comfortable. We chose the room with a shared bathroom and I was very surprised at the cleanliness and size of the bathrooms. There are two bathrooms both with locking doors that show when they are occupied. Each was updated with tile floors and walls and they had nice walk in showers. The kitchen area that is also a shared area was also very nice and updated with what looked to be new flooring and appliances. There were pots and pans and a large fridge. We did not have a vehicle as we used taxis but parking may be tricky as I didn’t see a parking area in front. The location was great as well. There are several places within walking distance such as a pub, pizza place, sushi, Vietnamese, Indian, ice cream, and a burger shop. Overall it is a great place and we felt safe. Would highly recommend it to others and we would stay here again for sure.

Great cheap place to stay! I didn't like how the bed was right next to the window, though, where the curtain wasn't long enough to cover the light shining into my face at night. I had to put a pillow by the window just to block the light. The communal bathroom is okay, although I think they need new doors because they are so hard to close and lock.

This place is a best kept secret: wonderful location for a visitor, and ridiculously cheap. Pros: Location is safe, a very vibrant part of the city, tons of restaurants and bus lines and natural beauty right there. The place itself is simple, spartan, but stylish. Not a hostel but a European style hotel/guesthouse with shared bathrooms. Cons: If you wanted your own bathroom, nope. If you wanted to make friends with backpackers like at a youth hostel, likely nope.

Always a pleasure. This is my second time, and will not be my last. Super secure and clean and staff is super responsive. Thanks Chris! Xoxo. Super basic, but that’s what I like. It was a clean room with two twin beds and a sink with a mirror and fridge. Super basic. If you have food left over, like produce, you can leave it in the fridge for someone to enjoy. Bathrooms are community, but well maintained, updated and again basic. They provide clean towels. Again super lovely to stay, quiet.. and awesome guests. I feel at home here. Can’t wait to come back soon.
