We had a lovely one night stay here. On check in the staff were so helpful. We had messaged to ask for early check in and they facilitated this and even upgraded our room! The room was lovely and spacious. A really comfy bed! The hotel was quiet and in walking distance to nice bars and restaurants. On check out, staff again were so lovely. We would definitely recommend this!

The rooms are clean and wonderful. The man working the evening valet service is especially great; I felt like we were old friends.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown Memphis, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel isn’t brand new, but it has been beautifully renovated. My room was on the smaller side, but it was very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. The staff at the front desk were wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is a rooftop bar that attracts a lot of people, so it can get a bit noisy in the evening. If you’re visiting to enjoy the nightlife, it’s a perfect choice. However, if you’re looking for complete peace and quiet, this may not be the best fit. Overall, I had a great stay and really enjoyed my night here. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in Memphis.

Rooms were absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. Limited seating at rooftop bar, but lookout area was pretty. Thought continental breakfast was included in room, but it was $10/person and did not eat it, but looked and smelled good. Very safe area for parking for $30/night and easy access to Beale Street.
