We loved our stay Hyatt Place. Very convenient to everything. Our room was clean and spacious. Slept wonderful on the beds. My daughter and I spent some time in the pool. We will be staying there again when we are back in the area.

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. Attention to detail is several steps above. Room was well designed and spacious. Bathroom is beautiful and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast area was very nice with decent hot options. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back. Oh and the views were beautiful!

Beautiful hotel conveniently located and yet, created an atmosphere of luxury and quiet. Needed a receipt and staff said Expedia would send it, Expedia said hotel staff would send (no resolution yet) but the staff were friendly.

Almost everything about this hotel was top notch (except for the breakfast :/ ). The room and bathroom were awesome and spacious, the location can’t be beat (close to food and shopping but also downtown and JMU), and the gym and downstairs seating area were amazing. The breakfast was pretty bad, and I can usually make a hotel breakfast work, but that won’t stop me from staying here again.

Front desk David was very friendly. The parking was perfect for our truck and boat. Rooms were large and comfortable with great bedding. The price was very reasonable for a Saturday night. Having the tavern was a great change from our 3 day journey with only chain restaurants to choose from. Our server Ivy was a pleasure. Highly recommend.

We were only there for one night but loved the hotel!!! We got a warm welcome when we checked in, really liked the room setup with the king bed and L-shaped sofa, and thoroughly enjoyed dinner on the to floor after a long day of driving. We travel with our dog and he was welcomed, even got a biscuit when checking out. Highly recommend!!!

I stay here twice a year back and forth from Georgia to Massachusetts for the summer months. This is the half way point. We have stayed in other properties over the last 15 years and found this spot 3 years ago. Its the best spot in harrisonburg for the price & amenities. There is a hidden gem on the roof top for tapas and cocktails .
