This place is very nice, very well located with a great location close to bars and subway, bars, and hostels, especially for the ironing board and room safe, plus there are lots of good eateries outside of the hotel.

The rooms here were so comfortable and opulent. Plus, the price was also very worth it with the location. The location is close to the subway and Hudson River.

The only negative thing is that the location is far from the main attractions, but it was suitable for some couples people clean clean room near central park thats a bonus, close to the shops, I think.

We stayed here for 3 weeks... and I have no regrets whatsoever. Everybody at this hotel made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. This hotel has an excellent location near subway direct line to times square, columbus circle, brooklyn etc riverside park and hudson a great peaceful retreat after hectic days. The area is pretty upmarket and very safe. The reception staff were the best thank you thank you josh, will, jonathan and bury as well as Maria who kept us clean towels etc and did our room and Alfonso sorry I can't spell who is the sunniest and grin generaljobs person I've ever encountered. Our room two female friends was a very good size with plenty of space no tripping over each other and facilities, although a bit shabby. Chic was just what we wanted separate showertoiletwash basin microwave and teacoffee making equipment, fridge. We did a combination of selfcatering and dining out the ideal combination. The building itself is beautiful the entrance foyer was spacious and beautiful. There are two elevators which meant very little wait time for lifts up or down. The room was a bit old, I called it shabbychic! But beautiful. We were at the back of the building so no great views but no noise interference, such

I stayed at this hotel for nine nights in August 2015. Because I had read some awful evaluations, I was particularly anxious. When I arrived, the staff was kind and pleasant. The rooms are basic, but for such a reasonable price, 9 nights are well worth it, and you are in New York City, why would you want to spend it in a hotel? All that was important was that the mattresses were comfortable. The area is fantastic with delicious dining options and excellent nightlife. If you are looking for a cheap night out, head to Bourbon it bar on Amsterdam Avenue for a guaranteed night! I don't have any complaints, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I do! The only issue I have is that this hotel is full, and that I'm coming back to New York in November this year. This is the hotel to stay in if you're looking for a cheap, cheerful, and feel the authentic New York vibe.
