The girl at the front desk when I check in was amazing...she told me her name but I was so tired I forget...I appreciate her empathy towards my situation and she was very pleasant. It's not easy putting a smile on your face when you work the graveyard shift but we were laughing the entire registration. The breakfast was good and the Spanish staff member at breakfast was just as awesome.

The first room we had, the tv went out and it stayed out for 24 hours. When we told one of the young ladies at the front desk, she wasted no time accommodating us with a better room. It was greatly appreciated.

Toilets are a bit funky need several flushes. Rooms have been updated but there still is minor issues that need fixed. Breakfast was alright and included eggs and sausages along with continental style. Decent pool. A bit noisy and expect a lot of traffic on weekends form charters as it sits right on a marina They charge you $11 for parking which is beginning to be a thing but there not really up front about it tell your at front desk

Make sure to book a deluxe room. I accidentally booked a standard room which was NOT my expectations. I’m not one to complain normally but the pictures shown were the deluxe rooms which are in much better care and located in the main hotel. The staff were friendly and moved me right away when I talked to them about the mistake and took notes on my complaints (I showed them pictures). The breakfast was very good. I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but from what I saw it looked decently maintained. Overall a very nice stay just wished I had more time to explore Charleston

The front desk staff have a full staff so u don’t have to wait long to be helped. They are kind and have a lot of energy. Felt very taken care of. The room itself looked okay. The corners of the room are filthy and covered in crumbs and wet spots. There was a roach or two in my room. But the bed and towels and everything were clean.
