It's quite feasible because this location isn't strolling friendly because it is not near the terminal. They also provide a free shuttle, of course. The room is spotless and of the same standard. Excellent service was provided by the staff, who were courteous and competent. If you want to eat, you must either order from a decent hotel restaurant, the terminal's menu, or take a ride, otherwise, there are practically no other restaurants nearby that I'd like to know about. Excellent breakfast options and a good selection during the evenings were offered at the I club, which was excellently run. The lounge is run by a lot of helpful and respectful staff. Overall, you get a good value for the money when you stay overnight or need to go to the airport.

The hotel is old. The facilities are both outdated and disused. The only thing that was newer were the sheets, towels, and shower curtain. The drinks vending machines didn't function or dispensed different cans of beverages. The breakfast area has an old black restaurant vibe. There was a waffle maker, cold cereal, and packaged oatmeal. There are some sandwich and bread options with condiments. I saw a lot of food delivery people walking into and around the hotel delivering food to the rooms. The hotel is close to Route 46 in Morris County and other highways and roads. This was the cheapest in the area.

If I have a work trip, I always stay here. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are very clean. The rooms are very spacious and well kept. They always accommodate me with whatever I need. I feel very welcomed here!

My intention is to return there many times. The hotel staff is always very polite and helpful and the management is great. Breakfast is always hot with so many options available. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. They have menus at the front desk that you can order in and a great diner called Tops about 5 minutes away. Its very peaceful and the beds are very soft and comfortable.

I really like this place. It has the best reception employees and manager. Daniel was fantastic with their customer service skills and professionalism. I really admire him and his staff. I wish the room to be redesigned ASAP and the hotel should enforce a smoking policy. I smell marijuana on the elevator and on the floor.

This hotel has undergone a renovation recently, giving it a more resort-like atmosphere than an airport-only airport hotel with a limited stay. Every time I stay the night for an early flight, the staff just delivers exceptional service. The receptionist, lounge attendant, restaurant service, and shuttle driver have all taken an assistant to the Ritz Carnegie Institute because of how they interact with each other.

I had never stayed at a Newark Airport West Best Western before. I've stayed at other Newark Best Western properties, but I really like staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was very good, and the staff was very attentive. The wifi needs to be fixed for future reference because it keeps going on and off, but other than that, I love this hotel. The room was lovely and the bed was big.

I arrived right after the exit with the front door locked and no security staff coming by and no buzzer needed. And then, the lobby was just the night manager. After checking everything was fine, he told me that the airport shuttle start at 3 am. But the fact is, it doesn't start at Newark International at 3 am. After that, the front desk employee told me in the morning, so luckily I got the ride right. The room was old and old, and the air conditioning was noisy.

The airport shuttle is unpractical because it's just one little van waiting to board. This means that guests at the hotel that are staying here are not just trying to get on as they hire their car bays for travelers from Newark. After an hour without being able to take the shuttle, we gave up and had to take a taxi for 39 us dollars. Being near to the airport, the rooms are a little noisy. The breakfast was decent, with fresh ingredients and a good selection, and was free. Rooms are tidy, spacious, with a heated pool and spa. Because this hotel is far from anything, we must take an Uber or take a bus, or leave here to find a place like the mall. Beer, wine, and courtyard are offered at the airport near the door. The Marriott Marriott is only a two minute distance away, and it has a bar, eatery, and a Starbucks.

The location is close to no penn station and a train ride to New York City. The security guard smelled like pot. The staff is kind, maybe a bit better, not like working with guests and not genuinely inviting people. :This place is located in a convenient area of the city, it's also close to the prudential center as well as some local restaurants and pubs. The staff could be a bit friendlier. The security is smelly.

It's a nice experience to stay at Springhill Suites I Newark. The room service is very nice and clean. The room is very comfortable and comfortable. I was given a room by Lisa and helped us request a room and handle our stuff while we were out of town!

Located in the heart of Newark. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The location is perfect. The food and hospitality is excellent and the service is first class. I would highly recommend this place.

Room 601 in the 1118112022 was our stay here. The hotel is very clean. The hotel is close to the airport, and you can see the airport, but surprise, you can't hear the planes. On my checkout day, the front desk took care of my luggage while I went sightseeing in the last minute. Clean environment.

Great best western! This place is just next to the airport. The room condition is very clean. They also have a fantastic in-house restaurant. All of it was fantastic. This is the best western that I have ever gotten to experience.

I had a great time and would definitely return. It starts with their peaceful atmosphere. And then, the comfort and feel of the bed is also really satisfying.
